Shipping destinations

Orders placed on the U.S. store are shipped to U.S. addresses only. Customers outside the United States should use the appropriate regional tonies store where available.

Shipping rates

Ground shipping is free for orders of $45 or more. Ground shipping for orders under $45 is $4.95. Expedited 2 Day shipping is available for $19.95 where supported.

Processing and delivery

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is typically sent within 24 business hours after shipment.

Expedited 2 Day delivery refers to the transit time after the package enters the carrier system, not the time from order placement. 2 Day packages are not delivered on Saturday or Sunday.

Carrier delays

Carrier delays, weather events, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.

Lost or stolen packages

A package is considered delivered when the carrier tracking status shows delivered. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery to the shipping address on the order. If a package appears lost in transit and tracking has not updated for 7 business days, customers should contact support promptly.
